TORONTO -- The Cleveland Indians have placed speedy outfielder Nyjer Morgan on the 15-day disabled list with a sprained right knee. Morgan got hurt running down a fly ball in left field on Wednesday night. Morgan was only in the game because Michael Brantley had left with a stiff back. Brantley was out of the Cleveland lineup on Thursday night, and Ryan Raburn started in his place. Morgan, who was signed as a free agent during the off-season, has given the Indians a spark while filling in when centre fielder Michael Bourn was out with a tight hamstring. The Indians recalled infielder Jesus Aguilar from Triple-A Columbus. Aguilar is batting .298 with seven home runs and 19 RBIs in 37 games for the Clippers.
