Premier League referees Martin Atkinson, Mark Clattenburg and Anthony Taylor were unavailable for selection at the weekend as they attended a Euro 2016 pre-tournament workshop in Paris. During their absence their were a number of controversial decisions with referee Jon Moss making the headlines following his decision to send off Leicester striker Jamie Vardy in the 2-2 draw with West Ham.Moss also awarded Leicester a last-gasp penalty which prompted Hammers striker Andy Carroll to accuse the official of trying to even it up.
